Launching 2026

The Noosa Dolphins Rugby Academy (NDRA) is a high-performance development program designed for young athletes born in 2008, 2009, and 2010. Built on the proud tradition and success of the Noosa Dolphins Rugby Club, the Academy provides a clear pathway for aspiring players to elevate their skills, strengthen their mindset, and grow into confident, capable athletes.

Across 40 weeks and 80 professionally delivered sessions, players will develop core rugby fundamentals, position-specific excellence, athletic performance, and a strong understanding of what it takes to compete at the next level. Our mission is simple: nurture talent, inspire growth, and give every athlete the tools to perform at their best - on and off the field.
